refund policy

Every Lark Creation is handmade with love & care and due to the custom & handmade nature of these creations I do not accept returns/exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your creation, please contact me and I would be happy to assist you.

In the unfortunate event your creation arrives defective or damaged, I would be happy to assist you with an exchange/return/refund - please contact me via e-mail within 3 days of receiving it and include:

1. your name & order #
2. photo(s) of the damage

When ordering, you may be asked to enter your personal information including, but not limited to your name, email address or credit card information.  Your personal information will be kept private and will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason without your consent.
