If you live local and choose to pick-up your order, it will be available for contactless porch pick-up in Uptown Waterloo.
- Pickup info will be sent to you, via email, after your order has been filled.
- Ready to ship items are usually ready in 2-4 days.
- Custom items may take 2+ weeks.

*|NOTE| PLEASE CHOOSE TRACKED SHIPPING if your cart includes one, or more, of these larger items. Ragdolls, Swaddle Bébés & Sensory Blocks are too large to be shipped via Regular Lettermail.
If you choose "Regular Lettermail" and purchase a larger item OR small items & any of the excluded larger items, you will be sent a "shipping correction" for the amount owed to ship your order via Expedited Parcel. If your invoice is not paid in full in 48hrs it will be refunded & cancelled.
